We understand sometimes an item may not work for you. To ensure your complete satisfaction, contact our guest service team and we will do our best to help you out. Before making a return or if you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at: 

Order Cancellation

If you order has been placed and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started it cannot longer be cancelled.


Please keep in mind, processing returns can take up 5 business days once your packaged is received. Return labels must be dated within 10 days of your delivery date (Received date) or the return package will be rejected. If you received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the issue.

 *Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refund Policy

We appreciate any opportunity to take care of you and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please make sure all items are accompanied by the receipt, invoice or packing slip and are un-worn and undamaged, with original tags attached. Returns accompanied by the receipt are eligible for your preference of an exchange or store credit only.

We do not accept returns if: 

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • The item is damaged or worn (Items must include original tags attached to the product. Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another box without any damages to the original shoe box).
  • The item is considered Final Sale (Items with a price ending in .77 are considered final sale and not eligible for returns. This includes, but is not limited to, items marked as clearance, intimates, and accessories).

*All returned products must meet our policy conditions.

Printed Apparel and Custom Printed or Engraved Items

Please note that returns on printed apparel and custom printed or engraved items will not be accepted due to ordering the wrong size, color, or you simply do not like the product. Printed apparel and custom printed/engraved items are created on-demand and Wandering Arrow Company does not warehouse such items for re-sale. Please contact us if you need help with sizing prior to placing your order and we will be glad to help you! 

Excessive Return Policy 

If you return or exchange more than 3 items during lifetime of ordering, a 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return and will increase with each return. We are always available to help you decide which size you need before ordering. Excessive returns may be denied from placing future orders.
